    This testing chamber aims to test & research releases and variants of automotive decoration,artificial plate as well as relevant light industrial product that contains VOC to verify them and classify them in accordance with room pollution data or forecasting model to room air quality comprehensive environmental evaluation.

    • Automotive Emission Environmental Testing Chamber 
    This testing chamber aims to research vehicle emission performance and verify if the emission that complies with Euro I-IV Standards. It requires that the testing chamber complies with vehicle emission standards of GB18352.1,GB18352.2 & Euro emission requirements from 70/220/EEC(98/69/EC.
    Technical Parameters:
    1.Control Range: -60~85℃ (Testing Accuracy: ±0.2℃)
    2.Control Accuracy: ±0.1℃ (No thermal load, in control point), ±3℃(No thermal load, in control point);
    3.Available to track loading variants, stable control for pre-setting temperature. Low temperature working condition (-7℃) & continuous time more than 40 hours. 
    4.Distribution Accuracy: Actual testing value ±2.0℃ (No thermal loading, distance from the automotive at 1 m) 
    5.Temperature Variants Speed: 1~10℃/hours ( No automotive in testing chamber)

    • Comprehensive Automotive Environmental Test Chamber  

    This testing chamber is designed with aim to provide various of artificial environments that simulates the environments including air flow, temperature, humidity, illumination for automotive as well as automotive working condition such as speed, driving resistances etc to test and verify the automotive performance as well as compatibility of automotive in work. 

    This testing chamber provide a possible method for automotive series product R&D which will reduce greatly the R&D cycle.

    2.Air flow control range: 0.5m/s~10m/sair flow accuracy±0.1m/s

    • Automotive Rain Test Chamber 
    This testing chamber is designed in compliance with testing technical requirements for entire automotive rain test line, which includes testing specimen shape, testing materials, max. testing specimen overall sizes, weight etc. The testing chamber is complied with QC/T476-2007,6B/T12480-2009 technical requirement in chamber design.

    2.Water Spraying Temperature: RT~80℃
    3.Sprayer Material: SUS 304 Stainless Steel
    4. Φ6.3mm (IPX5), Φ12.5mm (IPX6)
    5.Water flow: controller to set water flow, solenoid valve to regulate spraying water flow, electronic meter to control frequency-change pump to change the water pressure in water tank to control the water flow in accuracy. 
    6.Testing Platform: Available to rotate up or down to regulate. 
    • Automotive Salt Spraying Testing Chamber
    This testing chamber aims to simulate environment that full of salt fog to test automotive parts. Paints, metal materials in corrosion resistance. With aim to verify the product or metal materials in corrosion resistance which includes neutral salt spray test, Acetic acid salt spray test, Copper accelerated acetic acid salt spray test, Cyclic salt fog test. To evaluate & judge the product if comply with standard after those tests, which will provide a possibility to improve product in design and manufacture.
